RMA & Instructions
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required and must be assigned by EEchain prior to returning any merchandise.
1. Customer provides serial number, photo, and description of the defects
2. Customer Self-checks the defects based on the IIS and Datasheet
3. EEchain examines and inspects the defective panel after receiving the RMA from customer
4. Under warranty EEchain arranges repair service or replacement
